Mrs. Cowley

One exciting thing that just started a few weeks ago was Cass started her career as a Special Ed teacher. She got her first teaching job at Parklane Elementary out in Sandy teaching first to third graders who have high-functioning autism. She loves the kids that are in her class even though they can be a handful. She comes home every night with a funny new story about one of her students who did something funny. She has a few kids who like to take off running through the hall so she also gets to do a little running to keep in shape. The hours are very long and preparation never ends. It has definitely been a change for her, but she is starting to get the hang of things.
