Carribean Cruise

Our balcony room was well worth it. We loved the tranquil view of the ocean while reading or star gazing.

The couples we ate dinner with. The couple in black we had lots in common with. They were also LDS from SLC and the wife was a special ed teacher. The other couple got engaged the night the pic. was taken.

I think this is supposed to be a puppy? Nothing like having someone else turn your bed down for you, make you a towel creation, leave you a mint, and a fun schedule of activities for the next day!

Grand Turks

Our snorkeling and sting ray excursion in Turks

So on the way back to the beach we stepped on a sting ray and I let out a scream scarring Scott bad enough his hands dipped into the water with our camera bag:( The bad news is our camera wouldn't turn on again, but the good news is we'll be getting a new camera!!! AND most definitely be also purchasing a water camera so that doesn't happen again. Half moon cay was carnival's private island. Take our word it was gorgeous. We liked how uninhabited it was- its only the cruises that come for the day. We were able to get away from the crowd and walk on the beach and play in the ocean. Luckily we had our flip camera to film our Atlantis aqua adventure excursion - our favorite part of the trip. We would love to go back!

The leap of faith 60 ft vertical drop through the shark tank. Yes we did all of the scary slides including the abyss a 120 ft vertical drop in complete darkness ending in a ceynote with a gar aquarium. The lazy river was so awesome. It goes through rapids, an escalator up to two different water slides, and then through a massive wave pool.

If you look carefully at the pic. below you can see a little kid on a tube. This ride stops in a clear tunnel through the shark aquarium so you can see all of the sharks swimming by.
