Snell Bells Wedding

My sister Calli married Dan in the temple on March 19th. It was bittersweet for me because they moved to Florida shortly afterwards. I miss her already. They both graduated from BYU this past December. Dan is from Florida and is going to work for his dad. So the move is for good. This means many future trips to Florida and maybe some cruises since his family lives in Fort Lauderdale. It also means many phone calls and texts with Snell Bells. I'm going to miss our long walks in the summer, her delicious cooking, getting my make up done, and going shopping together. I felt better after meeting Dan's family. Dan's dad has been a Stake President the last 7 years. He has the sweetest mom and a sister who is Calli's age. They've promised to take good care of her. Doesn't Calli look like she could fit in there family?
There temple sealer gave them the 5 C's for advice: Commitment, Conserve (agree and be frugal on finances), Courtship, Consecration, and Communication. Their wedding was beautiful. They were able to escape a line forming around them and even enjoyed the food at their own wedding. I am so happy Calli found her perfect match. They have a reception in Florida next week and a few fun trips to look forward to.

The reception was at Grand America

I finally got to meet my nephew William. He has beautiful blue eyes and is such a good baby.

The food was the best! You had to go to all four corners of the room to get everything. Coconut shrimp and chicken skewers. Crepe station. Salads and mashed potatoes were served in martini glasses. They had an option of sweet potatoes with a brown sugar glaze or Yukon gold mashed potatoes with all of the toppings.
We are so excited to have Dan in the family!
